Missing and Lost Package Policy

  2. Tracking Number: Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. It is essential that you keep track of your package by monitoring the progress using the provided tracking number.

  3. Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery timeframe or if there are any concerns regarding the delivery status, we kindly request that you first contact either UPS or USPS directly. They have the necessary resources and expertise to assist you in reporting or filing a claim for your package.

  4. Contacting UPS or USPS: Please utilize the provided tracking number to communicate with the relevant shipping company. They will guide you through the necessary steps to report or claim your package.     Please note that claims for undelivered packages will be handled in accordance with the policies and procedures of the respective shipping companies, as they are responsible for the delivery of your package.
